Lavender Fields Maternity Photography Package £500
(£100 of this fee pays for private use of the fields after they close to the public)
NB If two pregnant women/expectant couples book for the same time the price can be reduced to £400 for each couple and the time will be shared between them.
NB Clients who give their permission for some of these images to be used for this website and/or for Chiswick Child Photography promotions will be given all 30 edited images on USB and a £100 reduction in price
Mayfields Lavender Fields is in Surrey and is about an hour's drive from West London - postcode KT17 3DW
Booking Deposit Fee: £200
Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations/date changes in order to avoid the £100 late cancellation fee which will otherwise be deducted from your deposit. The booking fee is non refundable but can be used towards later packages if clients cancel with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
The prints for all packages must be selected from the digital images selected
Please note that the photographer will select the best images from each session for editing.
Unedited images are not available for viewing and RAW files are not given.
Please note that clients are not allowed to take their own photographs and/or video footage during sessions.
Additional editing requests will be charged at a rate of £10 per photograph (on top of the package price).
A maximum of 5 additional edited images may be requested for packages which include at least 20 edited images.
A maximum of 3 additional edited images may be requested for packages which include fewer than 20 edited images.
Additional editing charges need to be paid in advance.
The editing charge is purely an editing charge to create more choice for clients and does not include the purchase of additional digital images within packages.
Additional digital images may be purchased at a rate of £25 per image.
